@DSD1v57BG32 those who arent able to do such techniques or unable to open your third eye will refer to it as bullshit since they are unable to maste it one who is not patient will never know of what opening your chakra will really feel it is best you keep trying it rather then label something cause you dont know of its value

it takes so much to activate and open your chakras and if you stop for few days its like start from zero. at least for me. I do meditation for months, stop for day or two and go back to same previous BAD version of myself. Life is just to complicated

The third eye is not the chakra its an extension of the pineal gland which is the 6th chakra.
