@arthurlikesmusic From what I remember it wasnt sign posted to well, took us a while to find the car park, the postcode we had for the satnav took us somewhere different! Once your in the car park though its easy enough.

how long does this trail take to complete?

@CYMRU619 Cant rembmer how long it took, but the mbwales site lists it as being 25k and should take between 2-4 hours.

took me 6 hours, but it was muddy as hell and that did include stopping at a cafe and the many punture repairs in our group

There is a lot of uphill climbing also
