@CatieBug1998 Alopecia Areata ( the type I have) is an auto immune disease. It is when my body thinks my HAIR is a virus like a cold or flu. My body then attacks it all the time and makes it fall out. My hair fell out 6 years ago! This is not a rare disease, in fact millions and millions of people in the USA have it. Thank you for asking!
