@Otaku422 It is a WE-tech m14 gas blowback. with a custom stock. It's called an ebr stock. If you buy the WE-tech m14 with the fake wood stock for $400 the stock will more than likely cost a few hundred dollars depending on the stock. WE-tech will be making one like this around the end of the year out of the box for about $500-$600. Hope this helps, respond if it did. I might be able to elaborate more if it wasn't clear enough.

As for Police and SWAT, since each is their own department, it may very well be possible that some of them might, but more often than not it's for nothing more than for basic firearms handling, rather than for combat training.  There's other simulators for that, far better suited to the task.
