Haha. I can't believe someone actually have this clip on youtube! I was there all night to witness passage of EIR. Can't remember his name but I think is John (an electrician?). What you don't see is that termed out scumbag started to cussing at John right in middle of his comment. How disrespectful! Afterwards Chris Daly cussed at Supervisor Chiu. John did well IMHO. He represents his people in a professional manner. We are still talking about him to these days. Wish him a successful career.
