Some people just don't realize how dangerous a loose cutter flying off or a chain flying off is to the by standers. Its like shooting and scattering bullets into crowd.
The video may not be much to look at to some, but people in the know, know how scary it can be.

Yeah it can be dangerous. It happened to me one time when I was using a 180c miniboss.
