i think phones do too much and are trying too hard to be all things to all people, do users really want 200+ facebook users cramming up their contacts list, i know i don't. half of what this woman was jabbering on about i couldn't care less about i want to have a well organised accessible phone list, a useable hone with good signal and easy efficient texting.  oh and an os that doesn't crash.
