yes, i see the funnel metaphor as a bit primitive. even my concentric circles is a 2-dimensional "map", when, in reality the "spiderweb" you weave is really 4D (3 dimensional plus it operates across 24 hour time and on all 6 inhabited continents)
This was great to watch, it's good to have a clear perspective on customers and relationships for where they are and where you want them to be.
This reminds me of a sales funnel but instead of looking at the funnel, with this it looks like your looking into the funnel from the top to the bottom.
