Is there any earier way to do this? I broke my HDD and cant do co-op which i find stupid.. Been stressing me out and cant find a video anywhere that does this achievement legit..

Well you aren't totally fucked actually. You can drive down the road and with a 4-Star Driving SUV, just drive and jump off of cars driving towards you.
