Diggin the grit and bite of the of the green! Gearmandude left me flat with that demo.

GSR RED - sounds warmer and middier, seems to able to cover a wider range of tones

GSG GREEN - sounds gainier, has a nice sharpness to it with a nice tight bass sound

Could you do a demo with the green gain stage through your les paul? I have an memphis les paul knock off and I put some Lindy Fralin 8k / 9k Humbuckers in it and those really shine. I like that Dr. Z. It's tasty.

The green is much, much warmer. But, of course, they both sound great in their own way. Different strokes for different folks.

i disagree. The red sounds warmer to me. Just goes to show you choice in tone is like choice in food. It is totally subjective and opinionated.
