We have been trying to find a new style of play for couple of years and i think we succeded that at the end of Euro qualifiers. Cech is an amateur goalkeeper. Just watch how he eats the equaliser and the 3-2 and you will understand. His teammates worked so hard and totally crushed their opponents, but he conceded three stupid goals and lost the match alone... I haven't seen any worse goalkeeper than him.

Abramovic is clueless about football, yet he insists on choosing players on his own, resulting in a wrongly designed team. The only reason Chelsea finish high these years is that they have skilled trainers on the bench. Even Avraam Grant had Henk Ten Cate helping him set the team up.
