At first I couldn't tell if this was done by anyone who had an inkling about Sailor Moon as a character, especially since she didn't seem to fangirl over V, and she had some surprisingly foul language for someone cosplaying Sailor Moon. But then I got it toward the middle-end...it became quite funny.

I always thought Hibiscusy looked more like Mimet than she did Tellu, and Chief Sakurada resembles Ms. Haruna (that is Haruna Sakurada) than Rei.
