The premise for the invasion, WMD, was a good premise but nothing too concrete was presented with regard to it. 9/11 was still fresh on the American people's minds so in depth planning wasn't necessary to initiate the invasion. The invasion simply had nothing to do with 9/11 and neither did Saddam Hussein. We could have rolled the dice and used the same crap for Syria if we wanted to. So no, I didn't agree.
