Thanks for the comment! It would be like any other activity. A lot of kettlebell exercises do put emphasis within the shoulder complex and rotator cuff...but if the exercises in this viedo are done correctly, majority of the swing will be felt in the legs and core...mainly posterior chain. Before any type of exercise, I would recommend going through a range of motion assessment before trying. I hope this helps -mike p-

Great video. Does the rotator cuff need extra attention if I decide to use a kettlebell? or is it like any other weight based activity?
