I am not sure his name, but I know his name is Virgil Shouse, and he lives in Michigan. He usually comes to Kentucky to go to Festivals like Clay City, festival of the bluegrass, Renfro Valley, and some others. He is always driving a Big Black Eagle Bus so, look out for that and greet with him and say howdy if you ever see him. he is very nice. ^^
