@soocl0se haha well, given that it's very very unlikely to land it. Makoto's special boosts her strength, but she can't block.

@soocl0se You have to remember that Makoto has several special moves that must be performed for that to even happen. You have to Use her full taunt (which is 3 animations, that take up a large amount of time, during which you can easily be hit and cancel it), and then use one of her hyper combos that boosts her strength even further. So there's A LOT of setting up you need to do to get a two hit KO. Its highly unlikely to happen in a real fight. But it IS possible, just hard to set up.

Actually, I think it's you just don't know how to do it. Activate Makoto's SA3, Taunt x3 (her taunt increases her damage). Hit ibuki *DURING HER COMMAND DASH* with the uppercut (ibuki takes 1.5 times damage during this move) jump cancel, tsurugi.  100% damage.

Uppercut after 3 taunts, with SA3 activate on Ibuki: 76 damage. Tsurugi + SA3 = 47 damage. 76*1.5+47 = 161 damage. Enough to kill Ibuki.

I'm pretty sure that what made this happen was because while Ibuki is still in that animation, she gets damaged more (correct me if I'm wrong) and Makoto triple taunted before she used the super art. That is why it did such ridiculous damage.

Makoto's Tanden Renki causes her to do 75% more damage. It didn't show this, but she definitely did two taunts right before, boosting her attack for the next combo by 62.5%. Ibuki's command dash causes her to take 50% more damage.

First hit, fp fukiage: 1.5*1.625*1.75*(160) = 682.5 damage

Second hit, rh tsurugi: 1.625*1.75*(160) = 455 damage.

Ibuki has 1035 stamina. Yea, she's dead.

Actually, Akuma has the lowest stamina. She has the second lowest.

But if you're talking about circumstances, Ibuki does have a very low stamina when performing her Kasumi Gake. BUT, Twelve will have the lowest stamina out of ANYONE in the game. (Perform X.C.O.P.Y. against an Akuma player, let it expire, and watch the blood flow)
