I really loved the intro to this song. I wish there was a whole song based off the intro.. Not really liking the heavy metal part shortly afterwards, unfortunately.
I found myself disappointed, honestly. One thing I really loved about the original ExDeath themes were the energy they had this is just... slow. Doesn't do the original justice.

Why would it be? Both haos and Emiya are fan of good doujin metal. Since it's not a Touhou song, there's no reason for this to be in a Touhou playlist, nor to have it posted specifically by Chaos ^^
