I went to The Fray concert in Auckland, New Zealand at the beginning of the year... It was amazing. Hands down THE best concert I've ever been to. They're so un believably great!!!

well on the dvd that came with the deluxe cd Isaac said he wrote the song for his mother about his grandfather. he said said (i forget where) that his grandfather was at times pretty unhappy even though he claimed otherwise and this song shows that. hence "60 years of sorrow, he got 5 or 6 of bliss"

It's too bad that they cant capture the voice well on these camera microphones. They sound SO much better live than these videos make it seem. But I guess all the more reason to go to the concerts!

great song. love the Fray! but I don't understand some of the lyrics. I just read them online, but the chorus doesn't make sense to me. Is it about a father who doesn't love his daughter because he wanted a son? He abandons his family? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers!
