video number 1 is the one that has the heel knot foundation. I don't use his foundation anymore though, I

load the heel with lead, and I do it just after attaching the core.

As for core construction, join the COW forums, and be a regular member of the bullwhip section, find

someone named riku1914 and I'll help you out with pics and what not.

I think I just might need to cut up on some spare roo I have and do my first

two colored pineapple knot. Your video inspired me :)

One question, what was that piece of block you had in your right hand to roll the knot at the end of the video?

@Physhi A rock cut in half, you can use a board or anything really. For rolling, I had these sheets of plexiglass

that were about 1/4" thick, and I glued 4 of them together, and for rolling knots I glued two smaller pieces

together. Really anything works, as long as it's flat.
