I can't believe anyone would expect you to keep your door unlocked. When my mother was on home hospice, a bunch of people had a key to my house. I think your care worker should be reported.

I'm glad to hear that you are going to lock your door now.You just can't leave your door open in this day n age.We lock everything up at night before we go to bed.
