Bottom line there was only 3 people in the house, 2 victums and a killer. The nieghbor a suspect? According to the autopsy report no, Benoit was talking to the nieghbor in between killings (according to the Bosten Hareld). SHe was not able to participate in the killing with benoit becuase she was not STRONG enough to commite them.

Trying to argue Speculation with speculation. The autopsy confirmed Benoit guilt, there is nothing that will change that. The DNA is off to the crime lab that will return with the toxicology report. ITS a WALFARE check, your assuming its a crime sceen right off the bat. How would the police know its a crime sceen ? This was a low priority call since its only a WALFARE CHECK. THEN it changed to a crime sceen, Benoit killed period.
