oh my gosh...when is she just gonna retire...don't mean any dis-respect but she couldn't even count thru the work out correctly and would change the routine in mid workout without warning! She was never ALL THAT. Wonder where she got the investors to promote her but all I remember is her screaching "reach, reach,reach! It still hurts my ears.Sorry...lossy instructor!!!

If ya live in an apartment and you can't jump around so much, this workout is perfect. It don't bother the neighbors and it's super-compact. Plus I was able to notice a considerable improvement to my flabby thighs. Yeah.
