u do yes because without it u still take dmg since its HM AOE isnt necesarily needed but is recommended

You need it because you have full +20al against earth dmg insignias.

it can be used ive tried but it isnt easy because especially in HM they it more then what you can defend and end up hitting 60's and lower on you wearing you down to about hmm... dead i wouldnt recomend using this for uw and if you do its at your own risk
