Executing prisoners....that's a great concept. I'm all for a swift execution, especially if there is clear and unequivocal evidence linking the individual to the crime, ie: DNA, hair samples, witnesses, etc. I can't stand someone on death row for 10 years using my tax money for their health care and food. I am against death penalty, none should deny anyone the right to atone himself. Executing prisoners....that's a great concept. I'm all for a swift execution, especially if there is clear and unequivocal evidence linking the individual to the crime, ie: DNA, hair samples, witnesses, etc. I can't stand someone on death row for 10 years using my tax money for their health care and food. As long as there is clear evidence linking the individual and they have been sentenced to death by their peers....I'm all for it!!!

Too many innocent people have been murdered by our "justice" system. This is what is causing people to be held on death row for decades.

I am against death penalty, none should deny anyone the right to atone himself. It's paranoid to put a person to death for stealing, using drugs, not paying bank debts or expressing opinions against the government. Really? "kills and torture are their national sport"?? Interesting. You know, I hope you're not even remotely living in Asia, because that is a very racist and incorrect statement. Eating babies? Hardly. The one child policy kind of counters that hunger. Not many children would be left if that happened.

This is why so many Chinese people immigrate away from China. Unless you are an international businessman, or a lowly peasant without anything to do with the government, you aren't an inch safe from prosecution like the stuff stated above. My mom's side of the family is Chinese, and her side of the family still lives in China today, and they've seen some of this stuff. I can tell you it's a lot better now, since China is becoming more technologically advanced, they need educated people.

"the law? i am the law." the government of china create the law, my friend. the only thing that is improving china's human rights (even by a smidgen) are the policies of WTO. i think the developed countries should put more pressure on china's government before they go OTT

This is just horrible. I hope that the advance in cameras and Internet gets this information out to the world, more and more every year. The more cameras citizens have the harder it gets to hide shit. I noticed that this was not done on a US news channel.

Of all the injustices in the world, killing innocent people to take their organs for transplant into wealthy people takes the top place as the most abhorrent, disgusting, inhumane, repugnant and horrible injustice perpetrated anywhere.
It is most definitely a crime against humanity, and opposes the very nature of ones humanity.
