I think the snake head will soon eat everything or even, kill them for fun =X
Just my opinion though, I have seen snake heads been weened off live food but idk how long they will put up with temptation or how much i'd trust any of it....
actually you are right. my channa kelara 5 stripe ate my spotted gar, who was almost at the same length like the snakehead itself. then it tried to bite on my smallest peacock bass (the bass on this video died and Ive bought 3 new ones, I just love them). anyway, I removed the snakehead, and added new fishes, you can check out the new setup here: watch?v=6mFByQJ09bU
but still, I want to try to get snakeheads in the future. Im planning to get 3 channa pleurophthalma. lets see
