@MiFFiL Cheers for that idea. I ended up doing a creme brulee type dessert. Am now going to attempt to make meringue replacing the sugar with dextrose ....have just finished reading "Sweet Poison" by D. Gillespie.
it will for sure work if you take out the chocolate. If you want to make macaroons i have a recipe for that on my site. i was thinking it might be fun to experiment with adding things to the meringue! xotamra
