You uploaded the original to youtube so wouldn't it create the same type of decoding error? Yet it obviously doesn't; so that sentiment is debunked. I got an idea. Get the person who originally uploaded this video to show the video prior to uploading to youtube. I've seen lots of encoding errors before and I've worked with video for years and while it does look like noise, my problem is how it is concentrated only on the person in the video. Plus why would the people in the control room be yelling at her if something wasn't happening in the video. Fox could have manipulated the video to appear normal again. something happened here.

If it was regular video compression quality error, wouldn't the pixel's just outside of the human mess up as well? plus, it didn't happen to either of the two people there on the set as well. Plus there was intentions of the skull as well. I don't think pixel compression errors causes that as well.

In sound production there's a peice of equipment called a "de-esser" that removes the hiss on the letter S, hers isn't on.
