Played this game many years ago and the only thing I remember from the game is Phil screaming GET ON THE HYDRA'S BACK!!! while this music played in the background.

I loved the Toon World stage when you fight future Pete along side Old Time Pete, I rememebred I laughed so hard when you were on the suspended platform up in the air on the last stage of the fight and and Old Time Pete was doing constant flips, ahah I swear I was crying
Even though it would have been better if the Disney villains were more powerful, tougher bosses than before and had a bigger presence in the game, it would have been hard to try to have a good story for them in each game. I found it kind of fitting that some of the villains stories were completed in KH2 since it would have gotten dull after their big plan failed in KH1. This is what I think anyway. Hopefully in 3D Frollo and new Disney/Pixar (maybe) villains will play a more prominent role.
