There was no way Vince could afford to keep the Crush Gals in New York long enough to get them over and in turn get a women's tag division over. They were worth trainloads of money to the Japanese promoters and they would have never let them go that long. The Jumping Bomb Angels were easily accessable to the WWF fanbase in the sense that high flyers were easier to accept than women's equivilants to Terry Funk and Bruiser Brody.
