i got it off of ebay but the same guy has a website called wannalight . com and the stuff is cheaper than he sells on ebay. but im in canada and i think it took about a week and a half total to arrive here.

its not for putting it upside down because zippo reccomends that you carry your lighter upright to avoid leaking. the hook is so the holster does not slide off because it has a very weak spring holding it on.
