Looks like you're making great videos! Like you said i think the best way to build you upper body and strenngthen it is A varity of upper body pushups like i mean.. there are A LOT of push ups to chose from.I don't think you're doing anything wrong in your vids! but i don't have those.. sorry i don't know what to call them "Circle Pull up things". I wish i did but i don't. I'm going to check out your handstand vid. i wanted to do handstands. ;)

@melikecookies1000 Awesome. I have had a lot of comments about the rings. Like you, most people don't have them. However, most of these exercises can be done on a straight bar as well.

The only one that is really difficult to do on a straight bar is curls. But, they can be done. If all else fails though (I can't believe I'm saying this) dumbbell curls work too.

@matthewmovement Oh ok. Too bad i don't have that either or dumbell curls (hard to exercise with NO equipment).... But i'll try at the weight room when it opens up again. the "curls" that you call them are very interesting, though. I wish i can test them out, it seems fun. Btw Do you have cardio exercises? I Had a visble 8 pack (slowly fading away thanks to that fat on my lower abs...) you have home cardio exercises?

Wow i didn't know cats can live that long, i mean he must be approximately 50 wears old if your 19 teen. In human wears i mean, i had a cat a long time ago but unfortunately she died of unnatural cusses she was hit bay a car. That was pretty sad fore my cos i love her very much and i was just a little boy back then, anyway i'm more of a dog person but i love cats to.
