@Snowhite808 That's the beauty of it; the instructors don't charge anything for help :) You ask for help, and they give it to you! That's what they're there for. Now this is for track days, if you're actually looking at going to a riding SCHOOL or race school, those are more formalized and start probably around $250ish. (like STAR School with Jason Pridmore)
@Snowhite808 They're kind of hit or miss. I think a lot of times, they're good for help on getting faster because they're fast. But sometimes you'll get lucky like I did and find an instructor who's scary fast (Sal) loves to teach and knows a thing or two about bikes and suspension and set up and all that good jazz... I can't tell ya how much I appreciate and value the advice and information he's given me to become a better, faster, more skilled rider :)

@CyberEditing SoW is not a name for a lady friend. It's short for Streets of Willow, which is one of the tracks we were riding on that weekend.

Holy crap - does Rachel weigh anything??? Look at them chocks all turned up to max offload and probably not being enough.
PS- how much the instructors ask there @ WS for lets say an hour or so?
