I love the way you are shooting i think it's brilliant and pretty different from the others.. i love the way you are thinking the hole thing! Your team did an excellent job!!! The sound was good too and the lighting..Keep up the good work you are very talented!!!
You'll be surprised to know that this was all shot in our residence building. We have a floor that was left bare for art students to do projects in and its really reminiscent of a warehouse. What you see in 1:38 was shot in this open area and lit to drop off to black. On the same floor there are these cages that you see in 1:15, which are storage units for students' drum kits or art projects. This film pretty much started with us wondering, "hey, what if we put people in the cages?"
haha no worries. The elderly guy is someone the director used in an earlier flick. He found him on Craigslist, which isn't a bad way to find actors as long as you audition them.
this movie sucks! probably made by a bunch of pretentious art douches.

That was effing amazing. Really inspirational, makes me want to see what I can really accomplish with film.
It also makes me wish this was a full-length movie, it'd be sweet.

i love the lighting. it really set the theme. did u guys modify it in final cut of did you actually get green lights and set them up?

Thanks man...our DPs did a really great lighting job. They used a variety of green gels and we enhanced it in Final Cut.

so , where'd you guys film this? in some abandoned building? I'm sure that the place in 1:15 is different place than in 1:38
