@Cheesenets Because she's not in a girl idol group like SNSD, Kara, T-Ara, Afterschool, etc, etc... So many truly musically talented singers never become very famous in Korea for the same reason. That's why even Im Jae Bum has only really getting famous now (although, he was famous in the 80s, never as a mainstream singer). All the boy bands like 2PM, Super Junior get all the attention in Korea...which is a bit sad...
