great pickup mate;) same as you we had one of these in the family before i got my 1st own console to myself the atari 2600,
thats in cracking condition mate:) i turned down the chance to get one of these from the car boot last year, just had a gut feeling from how the guy was talking that he knew it didnt work or he would of ebayed it
Hi, Great video. As a recommendation I find it best to switch these vintage items on from time to time. The capacitors can loose capacitance over a long time and much like a car engine knead to be run from time to time. Great video and Long live retro.
Wow that is going back a way. Our family had one by Hanimex, that had pong of course, but also motor cycle jumping, which was pretty cool. Not sure if I want to collect that far back :)
@StigsGameRoom Cheers geezer, but why do i think that one edition of this machine had a light gun? More research. Plus this thing takes loads of batts! Take care :-)
That is awesome mate ! I have a couple of pong clones, I think I'll do a video response to this, if you don't mind :) I have a Binatone "SuperStar" pong system but it actually has cartridges with different games on them !
Wow, now that's a vintage looking piece of kit! ;-) A seriously cool looking machine and condition-wise, it looks excellent. Was hoping you'd demo that baby but great showcase vid all the same. Well done mate ;-)
@TigonVLiger 2 Player demo coming soon, just as soon as my son can get his head around the idea of a controller with no buttons, and the fact that you cant enable on-line functions :-)
