Next step - ban the use of ETHANOL in Texas gasoline! Or at least limit it to 6% max as Calif Air Resource Board determined was optimum to oxygenate the fuel, no more or other pollutants increase. Ethanol attracts water and cuts fuel mileage, plus the Feds are considering going from 10 to 15% which will only be worse. Time for Texas to limit it to 6% or ban it completely and let Nebraska, Minnesota and other ethanol producing states mandate all Flex Fuel vehicles and burn the stuff themselves.
