DDT with the chair is a real chair finisher. In order to perform it, you need to have full momentum, another dazed fighter in front of you, and a chair on your hand. Press the Finisher button when he is in front of you and it will be a DDT on the chair. It actually considered as a finisher with the chair. Tables and ladders have their finishers too. *Just sharing on what I know.*
