looks like a reflection. that is a pretty common way to make UFO without having to use photoshop. It almost looks like it has string hanging off it. It actually strikes me as the reflection of a paint can that is white inside and dark outside. The white reflects off the glass. The little stringy things hanging off it are old paint. The rim around it looks like a paint can rim.
