  • Can I use it with a Laney VC30 112 tube amp to have bedroom sound?

  • @kamilyakupoglu Yep, sure can, as long as you set your impedance selector to 8 ohms for an 8 ohm TubeCube. The speaker matters not, the Cube will drive whatever you have in there.

  • i'm amazed that your ipod has survived this long.

  • HI,

Yes, you can use any of the Tube Cube Attenuators as a buffer, connect up mismatched cabinets, multiple cabinets..etc.

The Cube will protect the amp in case of a speaker short also...however, the Cube may not survive ..at least your amp will be ok.

  • Greetings, could I use the Tube Cube 80 8 ohm, to go between an amp set for output impedance of 8 Ohms and guitar cabs that are wired for 4 or 16 Ohms. In other words, as an "impedance matcher"?

  • Hi,

no, not recommended...100W amp too much umph for the 80W Cube to survive long term.

  • Hello , question:

THe 80w model will work fine with a 100 w amp?

    THanks

  • nice vid.

  • Thank you, Took your advice, renamed video..thanks for letting me know, glad you like your 80.. They are alot of fun.. !

  • Great product! You should name a demo guitar amp attenutator. This video was hard to find. Great product though I have the 80 watt model
