  • Do three hail mary's and have a nice day!

  • I've come up with a new website, it's called nice person credits. So you can go out and be the biggest f*cking dickhead to everyone. You can yell at the guy driving next to you, punch the cashier in the face at walmart, and it's all ok because you can come home and buy some nice guy credits.

  • I loved your commentary! 'Carbon credits' are the 'Catholic indulgences' of the 21 century!

  • i can't wait until they get some solid oversight on this carbon credit b.s. and expose all these hypocritical 'coalitions' that are feeding off the guilt of 'environmental impact' and selling offsets basically to themselves like al gore has

  • The fun thing about carbon credits is that if you're rich/powerful, you don't have to change your lifestyle one bit. Just look at Al Gore. But Al took it a step further by getting into the business of selling offsets. Genius!

Of course the poor will not have the option of buying credits, and will get their freedoms stripped. But hey, isn't global warming about socialism anyway? The "state" will take car of them.

    Don't forget--Carbon Belch Day is coming soon--June 12 ;-)

  • Oh I see. I guess I took the video the other way. So your against Carbon Credits then right?

  • Oh yea, They're a rip off, and the whole Warming thing is looking like HYPE, If it is true there is nothing we can do about it. Another way to look at this issue, is that Chicken Little found a way to cash in on his Sky is falling Story....

  • So you are paying "someone" money for green credits? So those people are doing what with it? Planting trees? I mean they say they own the atmosphere by charging companies and people carbon credits

  • Exactly...

  • yea, let's wait for god to reverse global warming. buying salvation is a lot different than buying carbon credits to put a strain on companies with too high emissions and rewards companies working who do things in a green manner. carbon credits isn't something corrupt church leaders invented.

  • You Make my point nicley..."carbon credits isn't something corrupt church leaders invented" Correct! it is what Corrupt Green Church Leaders invented, that resembles what currupt church leaders did.

  • Gee wiz,how many carbon credits does it take to stem the flood of human overpopulation???Oh fuck me I'm going to green-hell for being politically incorrect :o

  • I like this guys take on internalizing his carbon 'footprint'. Its a theory of behavioral economics (or more like a study finding). When the consumption of a 'good' imposes on others, then there are certain negative social aspects of its consumption. But if we pay for that social cost (through carbon credits for example), then we no longer feel the social stigma of such consumption and consume more.

Although certain regulation holds this back in terms of carbon - but its interesting? Maybe eh

  • "Green house effect = God's punisment"

Wrong. The green house effect occurs when CO2 is released into the air slowing the escape of the sunlight's heat from the Earth's atmosphere. That in turn causes the temperature to rise. Do you really think the evidence to this is based off someone's wild imagination? Maybe you just fail to realize that such experiments can be conducted.

  • The video is good and humourous but I disagree with your premise

You may be happy to pay and thats good for you, but other people might take a step to improve their emission to save money, and by paying you are making it easier for them to switch, so instead of having no incentive you provide an incentive. Instead of having no consequences what so ever to pollute like theres no tomorrow theres a cost to reflect the polution you emit.

  • Great video, truth4u2c.

Al Gore and his followers are like a detail assigned to change the light bulbs on the titanic to envirofriendly bulbs as the ship is sinking.

As for his carb credits scheme, I like this quote from a book review on "Cool It" in National Review Oct 22: It's as if Lincoln and the Republicans of the 1850s had said, "Slavery is evil; therefore let us adopt tax incentives, impose a few regulations on slave auctions, and subsidize the production of new farm equipment.

  • "By their fruits you will know them."

Al Gore spent $100,000 of his own money to charter two flights to rescue 270 patients from Charity Hospital in New Orleans after Katrina. So what have you done? "By their fruits you will know them."

  • Well done you've proved scripture right...

  • Thanks for this video, seriously. I have been forgetting to look up something on global warming for awhile and this reminded to get the answer.

  • I did a video a while back about the hypocrisy of carbon credits. I like the example you used.

  • was a litel hard to understand for my so i whatch it again and now I understand :)

  • Enjoy your time off. I hope you have a really nice time. I'll just have to put your vids into rerun mode till you get back. :)

  • i will miss you. i thought that nape ont he beach you took gave you anofe energy

  • Green credits tick me off. It's the typical let's just throw money at the problem attitude.

  • Have a great trip. Be safe.
