Dgo1994, yes she is still for sale. However, this video was from a while ago. She's now a 3-year-old.

Horse looks really relaxed and is very soft and obedient. Hard to find horses for sale as well trained as that. Just wondering though, does this work done so early have a detrimental effect on their soundness?

Thanks Keyses. Studies in horses have shown increases in the density of the cannon and knee bones during training. This is an important adaptation to the stress of training because bone density is an important determinant of bone strength. However, it is certainly possible to "over do it" and cause injury.
