  • I've got a very small version of this from a laptop hard drive will it work with that? or will the magnet not be strong enough?

  • @JakeSCANDALS Well just try, you'll see. nothing to loose y trying.

  • wait so lyk from a desktop computer hard drive?

  • can you use the neocube neodymium magnets? if you dont have a disc drive to get one out of

  • @ImaSexyBeast11 what can i say, it's safe to try : ) it could work if its big enough

  • Malheureusement ça ne marchera pas avec tous les modèles d'antivol sur le marché.

  • @magnetpulse "6.5Kg of pull force" to attract 5 ridiculous loose beads? ......

    Any neodyme magnet works, period.

  • umm what kind of hard drives?

  • @CoolioDudeee Any mechanical hard-drive , not the SSD ones.

and it better to do with a big hard drive (forgot the size) , not the ones used in laptops.

  • can you use another magnet than neodymium? I mean.. isn't it too strong for that purpose?

  • @laterallsss Well you can use an electromagnet (like those for locking doors) but regular magnets like those you can stick on a fridge or a tool, is not enough to pull the beads inside the tags. its the reason i suggest neodymium

  • I've heard about that N48, N52 etc etc thing. Does that really matter or is any neodymium magnet capable of removing garment tags?

  • @Juanah92 Any Kind of neodymium magnet works, as i said, you can find one easily in any old hard disc drive
