I enjoy hearing this song done as a sol because my 7th grade choir sang this as a group last year... I do think, however, you should lighten up on stylizing the song..it is meant to be simple and and strong. Other than that you were AMAZING!!!!!!!

No offense, but I hate this version. Wonderful voice though.

The two choirs I'm in are singing this with the composer but we are doing two different versions. One for choirs with alto's, sopranos, and tenors. The other version is just for sopranos and altos. They sound amazing together though.

Thanks, my band teacher gave me the music and asked me to sing it instead of having the high school choir. I thought ok, I will have to make it my own LOL had to change the key and go for it!
