Sorry Conspiracy Lunatics, but there were over 20,000 open windows along the motorcade route that day. To this date, 2011, you have not one "shred" of physical evidence to suggest that anyone other than Lee Harvey Oswald murdered Kennedy. To note that there were a few open windows in the DAL-TEX building is like saying a few people hated John F. Kennedy. Why is this evidence of a conspiracy? His past, his employment, the paper trail that he alone left with reference to the rifle, his presence in the building, the witnesses, the ballistics, the medical autopsy, all lead straight back to Oswald and no one else. Conspiracy theory is a multi-million dollar cottage industry in America, and those people are laughing their ass off on the way to the bank.

what vast evidence? his past? so he lived in the soviet union. you're forgetting that he was allowed back in the US for some reason by govt officials. an unusual and suspicious move by them, not by LHO. employment? ruth paine got him the job at the TSBD. ruth paine worked for the CIA. so did her husband. the rifle found in the TSBD was a mauser, not a carcano. the ballistics say it was LHO's gun but his prints weren't on it at the time it was tested (his palm print later added).

these men are not flakes or "conspiracy nuts". they are giving us facts about their lives and how those facts tie into the JFK conspiracy.

the first part of the video puts forth the proposition that one of the shooters (head shot) was in the storm drain.

once again Burt, absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. that is a rule of logic that even you cannot weasel out of.

you must prove your case. LHO never had the luxury of a trial. he was allowed to be murdered in the very basement of the very same people who claimed it was his gun, his fingerprints, and put out an all points on his description when he was but 1 of a dozen "missing" workers in the TSBD following the assassination.

The box office assistant phoning the police didn't say "hey there's a guy here who might have killed the president" ...WTF ??? Maybe Oswald was going to the theatre to meet his CIA handler so the police already knew where he was going to be ?

the cops showed up at the texas theater because a shoe store clerk next door saw oswald come into the front of his store and "act suspicious". he claimed that oswald matched the description of the person seen leaving the tippit murder. trouble is, oswald had on a different colored shirt, different color trousers, and no jacket. he didn't fit the description at all. the other problem is that the theater concession manager saw oswald come in about 8 minutes before tippit got shot.

Lone Nut theorists like to elevate Johnny Brewer's story over that of Butch (Brewer worked at the shoe store next door and said he saw a man matching the tippit killer's description acting suspiciously at the front of his store). @funkmasterjee - Exactly! Oswald's intel handlers knew he was SUPPOSED to meet a contact there. Oswald was an intel grunt who was working under deep cover on assignment, thinking he was exposing this cell that was planning to off the Prez, only to find he was either set up to take the fall somehow, or the bust went bad and the Prez was shot due to incompetence, etc...he didn't know WTF was going down, but it wasn't good, he knew that.

@LiquorWreckedEmGood This is the Altgen:s photo of an open window in the Dal-Tex building. Still no suspect, rifle, empty shell casings, etc. According to the Secret Service there were approximately 20,000 open windows along the motorcade route in Dallas on 11/22/1963. One of those happened to be the Southwest Corner 6th floor window of the TSBD, where relevant evidence was found. I am of Irish decent, so I really do like the song in this video Not anything else here is of value to me.

of the 20,000 open windows in dallas that day, how many of them formed a triangulation of gunfire in the JFK kill zone?

Dal-Tex chosen because it offered the earliest clear line of fire once the limo turned and was committed to elm street. then TSBD. then the grassy knoll. 11 shots fired. one hit the stemmons freeway sign. that sign was immediately removed and never seen again.

lack of evidence points to a pro hit, that's all.

@LiquorWreckedEmGood At this point the scenario I favor is a team of primary shooters in an office on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the TSBD with back up shooters on the Knoll. I also agree that the "snipers nest" was a ruse.

@conspiracydog11 Two TSBD employees on the 5th floor said they heard 'boom, click, boom, click, boom' from the floor directly above them.

I believe there was a shooter SOMEWHERE on the 6th floor but there were two other shooters, one probably in the Daltex and the other near where the picket fence meets the triple overpass

@funkmasterjee I agree, shooters in the Daltex were possible but I have always had credibility problems with the 5'th floor witnesses. I grew up here in the South and I have seen people in authority being told what they want to hear. The witness statements sound somewhat manufactured in my opinion.

sniper's nest. many people, including me, believe that there were three 2-man teams working in Dealey Plaza that day. 2 on the 3rd floor of the Dal-Tex building. 2 in the TSBD (one on the roof). And 2 on the grassy knoll. 11 shots fired, 2 each save for the guy who took the head shot. He only needed one.
