This song is the "wave of the future" for hip hop!

The only reason why hip hop artists since the year 2000 are making songs not based on funk songs is because they didn't like sonic 3.

They didn't like sonic 3 because they were racist against japanese people; who were the ones who made this game.

well, Michael Jackson did have a close relationship with Sega. I don't know if he came to Sega or if Sega came to him, but he and his band did do the music, so it's extremely possible that Michael did that "WHOO!" sound for the song.

What's interesting is just before Sonic 3 was ready to launch, Jackson was brought in court for his "dirty deed" and Sega cut off all ties with him. His band members are named in the end credits of Sonic 3 though, I think.
