  • I do mine the exact same way takes the pain off the lower back out of the exercise and becomes more about the hamstrings.

  • keep your legs straight to really stretch the the hams, right now you're doing basically a belt squat

  • I use some toe flare and i lean well forward but as the weight goes up i find myself being dragged back towards the stack.

  • dont come up straight stay leaning forward and you wont get pulled back. its because youre off balance

  • thanks man, ive seen this done a lot of different ways though..other people do it more like a good morning in some vids, so this is the correct way?

  • This is just how I was taught by some very respectable powerlifters, there are different wasy of doing them.
