It's an alternative version of Laüft... Heißt Das es Laüft Oder es Kommt Bald... Laüft with different lyrics.
The original CD reissue of Faust IV incorrectly labeled the songs. . . IF you listen to the lyrics you'll notice in different songs they'll say the titles of the other songs. . . that's not on purpose, that's because of the label screwing everything up.
@juliandunn Yes. Always buy vinyl! Also, anybody who like 71 minutes MUST also aquire Last LP because there are two songs there which are not on 71 minutes, and they are totally killer, like all of Faust's material from this period.
