Either play the Song of Time (on the c-buttons, the notes are RIGHT, A, DOWN, RIGHT, A, DOWN) or save on an Owl Statue. Those are statues that look like Owls, and to open them you hit them with Link's Sword. You can then save on them.The Song of Time will take you back to the Dawn of the First Day. The Owl Statues will save your progress as is.

@OPFFIX When saving with the song of time, I noticed that The land deed that the deku gives you vanishes, is this the same with any other items that i should watch out for? Or is that the only thing that will keep dissapearing and need re-doing. Thanks.

@Joashyboycrazy The only things that don't disappear after playing the Song of Time are quest items, the bow, various swords, ect.... Everything that is collectible (The Land Deed, Spring Water, Gold Dust, Rupees) vanishes after going back in time.
