Actually, the hair bow has been around longer than Lady Gaga has been around. I did the look for prom about 3 years ago, though I'm not entirely sure how long lady blah blah (as I call her) has been around, I first heard of her about a year ago if I'm not mistaken. Plus the first video I saw on how to do the hair bow was in Japanese.
