You don't need a good subwoofer to make techno sound good. It's digital computer noise, there's no life to it. You need some rock or classical music to hear the real quality of a speaker.

how did you connect this?(your amp has sub out, or you connected speakers with high level input (it has right?) )

And since , its active , it will work with any amp?Ohms do not exist , and wattage is useless?

@mikebingham34 it performs well at medium-low volumes but if you crank it all accuracy is lost and replaced with booming bass

If you could answer a few questions regarding this subwoofer that would be muchly appreciated.

-Is the subwoofer strong enough to make your ears uncomfortable?

-Is this subwoofer good for ACTION movies? Does it work well with explosion effects? Is it good for BASS in music?

How would you compare this 100Watt sub to the Logitech z5500 188Watt sub (If you've heard of it)? Thanks

@XshadowXkilla90X this sub will go much lower and have deeper more full sound while logitech is loads of booming bass that won't hit lows cleanly. This sub is much better if you like good sound

Great subwoofer and perfect music for testing!!! Finally there is someone normal who doesn't crank up " Bass I love You ". It's like as if people don't know any other songs to test. Great video in all !! =)

By the way, what do you think of Yamaha YST-SW315?
